Laser Engraving
Laser Engraving
Metal laser engravers are highly precise. Laser engraving removes the substrate material at higher temperatures hence high powered laser beam is used for such techniques. The high temperature vaporizes the metal which then creates desired design for the engraving. CO2 laser engraving machines use a gaseous mixture of CO2 which undergoes electrical treatment to produce the laser beam. The wavelength of the CO2 laser beam is roughly 10.6 microns. That type of wavelength is suitable for engraving on non-metallic parts like wood, plastics, textile, paper, and glass.
We utilize a variety of Laser Engraving machines that fits the job best. Using our Lasers, we can engrave and cut a variety of materials including wood, acrylic, fabric, cork, rubber, slate, glass, and so much more. When it comes to the highest speed, and proficient engraving, you're in great hands with Ragged Ridge.
